New Mexico Urban Residential Permaculture Design.

Challenge:

Transform a typical residential property to an Urban Homestead, using locally available resources and materials.

Solutions:

Through careful site planning, which included a full permaculture design, keyhole beds were designed around rain gardens, which channel roof rainwater runoff to edible and ornamental plantings.  Pathways paved with “urbanite” lead you to hidden gardens and seating areas in this High Desert Food Forest Oasis.
