Challenge:

To transition an existing commercial berry farm into an agricultural hamlet that serves as a farm incubator for small enterprises and provides a new model for the development pattern of agricultural land in the region. 

 

Solutions:

A village housing cluster and shared infrastructure for multiple operations provides a fruitful template for profitable operations. Many different producers work symbiotically on this farm to produce, market and distribute their products.
