Farm Centering Plan

Challenge:

Assess economic viability of farm operations to redesign farm core centered around a profitable business model.

 

Solutions:

PDI team members assisted with the re-envisioning of the business to center opertions and create a functional mainframe infrastructure. Firstly, an assessment of the viability of current operations was done, and then a plan for fencing layout, water system, and pathway circulation was created.
